Welcome to The Hayansh Academy! We understand that sometimes classes need to be rescheduled. This policy outlines the guidelines for rescheduling classes to ensure a fair and consistent experience for both our students and teachers.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the parent or guardian must inform the academy at least **24 hours in advance**. If we are notified in time, we will make every effort to provide an alternate makeup class within the same calendar month, subject to the teacher's availability. Classes for which the academy is not informed at least 24 hours in advance will be considered consumed, and no makeup class will be provided.
In the event a teacher needs to reschedule a class (due to concerts, health, or personal reasons), they will do so with as much advance notice as possible. Makeup classes for teacher cancellations will be covered within the next four weeks. If a teacher cancels more than twice per student in a term, the academy will ensure either a makeup class is provided or a substitute teacher is arranged for that session.

At The Hayansh Academy, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy for our courses.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions: **Request within 7 days:** A full refund may be issued if the request is made within 7 calendar days of the initial payment date and before the start of the first class. **Trial or Demo Classes:** No fees for Demo classes. **Partial Refunds:** No partial refunds will be provided for classes that have already been attended or for courses that have been partially completed. **Digital Materials:** Once course materials, such as PDFs or video files, have been accessed or downloaded, the course is no longer eligible for a refund.
